Coaching Experience: Coach Johnson is entering his fourth year of coaching for McLean Youth Basketball. For the past three years he coached his son’s team in the boy’s developmental league, where the teams won the skills challenge competition and placed second in the season end tournament. He has also helped with practices for his daughter’s MYB and AAU teams.
Philosophy: It is important to Coach Johnson that the players enjoy the game, develop as a team, and build on fundamentals to become prepared for the next level of play.
